At HASHIM COUTURE, each piece is created and curated with the utmost attention to detail and craftsmanship. We take great care in ensuring client satisfaction and have outlined our returns and refunds policy below.

Returns

We accept returns provided that:

• The item is received within 30 days of the original purchase date

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included

Any returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days from the date the return is accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
